[...] I know that I already talked about the 3D shoot that I did with Simon Cave for the New York Times, but that was just one dimension of a very sprawling endeavor. I’m always impressed with Simon because he loves pushing boundaries, and he exploited the hell out of one very productive day with our friends. Not only did the shoot result in an interactive 3D site for the NYT, a short film on the process and a new strategy for 3D scanning, Simon also took stills from the 3D scans to create a really beautiful series of images for Industrie Magazine online.
