For Public School’s Spring’15 collection, Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne navigated the chaos of daily life. Experimenting with geometric shapes, obscure patterns and sharp contrasts, the designers were inspired by the idea of finding personal truth within a disordered landscape.
Showing as part of MADE’s fashion week schedule which this season celebrates its 5th anniversary, Public School continue to capture the fashion innovation and inspiring energy associated with the MADE collective. Co-founder Jennè Lombardo says, ‘Public School is the embodiment of MADE. We have known Dao Yi since his time spent designing for Sean John. Since their debut on the 8th floor, they’ve grown into a full fledge designer brand. We are excited to see our friends continued success and look forward to continuing our relationship with them in whatever capacity that is.’
